Learning how to do something yourself is both satisfying and lucrative. I have both experience in the computer industry in a multitude of fields and teaching experience as an Algebra, Science, and Computer Science teacher. One of the problems many people have with learning about computer related topics is the instructor does not communicate to non-technical people well. My training as a teacher in addition to my friendly and outgoing attitude makes me an ideal instructor for subjects that would other wise be difficult.
Learning computer related tasks can be daunting to start with and vague instructions without video can be frustrating or useless. An easy way to learn is a tutorial video. I use tutorials I produce to allow the client to train at their own pace and schedule. It makes it very easy to pause and perform the action being taught or to backup and review the information. Tutorial video also allow others to receive the same training, at any point in the future and at no additional cost.
